This neighbor fell into dire straits when his caretaker mother passed away suddenly. He showed up at a neighbors door sometime later, emaciated and his hair falling out, asking for peanut butter and crackers. These neighbors became his caretaker but they were not healthy enough to abate the issues with his property. We stepped in and solved the problem. A neighbor offered to keep the back lot trimmed and now the man is able to remain in the home he shared with his mom.
